Support Groups include various topics that will address current situations and give you practical insight and exercises to help you overcome obstacles, address behaviors that need to be changed, and to provide encouragement to all that attend the support group. Groups will consist of no more than 10 people

Life Coaching consists of providing insight, guidance, and encouragement in the areas of Life and Financial Management needed to overcome obstacles, make better choices, experience positive change, and to reach your hopes and dreams. Life Coaching is also offered in a group setting.

Life-shops are powerful workshops full of practical insight that focus on a particular topic to help build the life skills necessary to succeed in life (i.e. Life Choices, Habits, Positive Change, etc.). Workshops are held at designated locations, and online,
